Welcome to VideoDFCY Creator Studio (the "Application"), operated by dingfengchuangyu at videodfcy.com. The Application provides a creator publishing workspace and separate authorized TikTok Shop data tools.

1. Service Description

Creators can connect their own TikTok account, select an original video, preview it and choose to send it to their TikTok inbox drafts or use Direct Post. Sending a draft does not publish the video: the creator completes the remaining steps in TikTok. Direct Post requires the creator to review the caption, choose the available privacy and interaction settings, make applicable commercial disclosures and confirm the submission.

Separate shop-data tools access shop analytics, order and finance data through the TikTok Shop Open API only after seller authorization. Those tools generate internal operational reports for authorized staff and partner sellers. The Application does not sell products to consumers or provide payment or logistics services.

2. Authorization

• Creators authorize their own TikTok account through TikTok OAuth. No video is submitted without the creator's final confirmation.
• Availability, privacy options, processing status and publishing limits are controlled by TikTok. A transfer receipt is not a guarantee that a post has been published.
• Creators can disconnect their account in the workspace or revoke the Application's access in TikTok account settings.
• Sellers must authorize the Application through TikTok Shop Partner Center before using data features.
• Sellers must ensure that authorization complies with TikTok Shop rules and applicable laws.
• Sellers may revoke authorization at any time in TikTok Shop Seller Center.

3. Acceptable Use

• Upload only content you created or have permission to use, including any music, images and people appearing in it.
• Follow TikTok's applicable terms, content policies, commercial disclosure requirements and music-use rules.
• Do not use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activities.
• Do not circumvent TikTok API security controls or misuse access tokens.
• Do not resell retrieved data to unrelated third parties.

4. Data and Privacy

Our data collection and use are described in the Privacy Policy (https://videodfcy.com/privacy).

5. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is". Except as required by mandatory law, we are not liable for interruptions or data discrepancies caused by TikTok API changes, network issues, revoked authorization or seller operations.

6. Changes and Termination

The operator may update these terms. Material changes will be published on this page. Users may stop using the service, revoke TikTok authorization or request deletion through the Data Deletion page. Revoking access does not remove videos already published on TikTok; those are managed in TikTok.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's location. If they conflict with the TikTok Shop platform agreement, that agreement prevails.
